Understanding Belgium

I know the organisation of Belgium is quite difficult to understand, so we will try to show it to you with some pictures and words...

Here is a map of Belgium. It is divided into languages region. In the north (yellow), the Flemish Region where we speak dutch. In the south (pink and green) is the Walloon Region which is french and german speaking. In the center, you could see the Bruxelles-capital Region (both french and dutch are speaken). These are the three region of the Belgium federal state.
Now we have also community. In dutch part of Belgium, the Flemish Region and the Flemish Community have fusionned.
In south Belgium, there are the French Community (pink) and the German Community(green), both separated from the Walloon Region.
All these institution have their own parliament. So we have no less than 6 parliament in our country (compris the Federal Parliament). We have ministers for each Region and also for the federal government. So, as exemple, we have three different ministers for education, mobility...
I forget to say that the different governments have only some task. Some of them are dealed at the federal level, other at the community level (education, culture) or at two or three level. Yes sometimes it's difficult to know who is the responsible !  I can not explain all our problems, our politicians are so imaginative.
Someone find a sentence that summarizes our country :

"Belgium, kingdom of absurdity"

That's also true for our humor (if you remember...)

This is only a small summary, I hope you have understood something...
