Folklore in Gembloux is of course the yearly "6 hours Wheelbarrow" race. It is the biggest events of the yaer in Gembloux,
which bring people from all Belgium (i know it is not very big). The race takes place in the park of the university and there
are a lot of what we can call "refuelling point allong the round. I mean there are many tent that all have 2 or 3 different
beers, which mean at least 50 different beers !
Wheelbarrow can be decorated, there is a price for the originallity. The best thing is to take a look to the 2 winners
of this year in the picture gallery.
Since Belgium is a quite wet country, grass always suffer during the week...because it is a full week for organizers
